What about my pets?
We’re pet lovers too and treat your furry friends like family. Any special instructions you provide are noted on our work order so our cleaning team knows exactly how to care for your pets during each visit.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated for a job well done. Many clients choose to tip after each cleaning or give a larger tip at the end of the year. If you’re tipping with cash, please clearly mark the tip. You can also add a tip when paying by credit card. Rest assured, 100% of tips go directly to the cleaning technicians who completed the work.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your regular cleaning is scheduled on one of these days, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.
We do offer cleaning services on many other federal holidays. Unless you cancel, you can expect us to arrive as scheduled on any holidays not listed above.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes. To meet our high standards, the first cleaning typically takes longer than future visits. This allows us to perform a thorough deep clean and get to know your home’s unique needs.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, it’s entirely up to you. Most clients aren’t home during cleaning, but many prefer to provide a lockbox or entrust us with a key and alarm code. For your security, all keys are individually coded and securely stored at our office.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We strive to send the same cleaning technicians to your home or business each time to ensure consistency and efficiency. However, this cannot always be guaranteed due to scheduling and staffing needs. If a different technician is assigned, rest assured they will have full access to your preferences and requests to maintain the high-quality service you expect.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payments are due at the time of service. Once your cleaning is complete, we will charge the credit card you have on file.
